Problem getting 2nd wifi pod

Joining in

I have tried to request a 2nd wifi pod ever since a botched contract change back in July. I have requested the 2nd pod at least 3 times by phone and 2 x different engineers have also placed an order whilst being here to fix a problem. Most recently this was on 03/08. What more do i have to do to get another wifi pod....?

If you need a second or third Pod, sign in to My Virgin Media, click on Your Package and follow the steps in the WiFi Max tab.
