O2 and Virgin in different names under the same address but not sure I'm receiving benefits

Hi,

The bolded paragraph at the top of the terms and conditions suggests this might still qualify but do I need to do something to connect them? The O2 is in my name and me and my sister both took out new mobile contracts with Virgin in April so either of us should work. She's also the account holder for the TV & broadband. We're tried logging into both accounts on the same laptop and pages for both services say we're not eligible or already receiving boosts. I'm mostly interested in the bump to the next best speed tier from Virgin and we're still getting the speed we should be getting with no sign of a 150mb/s increase.

Cheers.

Hey Jack_C, thank you for reaching out.

To qualify the Volt benefit you must have an account for both Virgin Media and O2 under the same address.

You can then follow think link to activate the benefits.

Once this has been activated it can take around 10 days for the benefits to be added onto the account.

Please do let me know you get on. Thanks
