Hi. I have Virgin Media Broadband and Home Phone and I am trying to register for the O2 Priority App. It accepts my Virgin Media Login but it is not sending the 6 digit code to my Sky Mobile Number. I think this question may have been asked before. How do I get this fixed please?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble logging into O2 Priority. Can you follow the "LOG IN WITH VIRGIN MEDIA" red button here and follow the steps it provides?

We're sorry to hear that you're still not receiving the code. We've checked things this end and all is working as it should be.
It may be worth raising this with Sky Mobile as there may be an issue with your receiving the passcode.
