Not getting my Volt speed increase

Hi, I joined Virgin media in early June and have a broadband package along with an o2 mobile contract. I’m getting the double data over at o2 but my internet speed has not been doubled yet by virgin. Every time I select get ‘volt benefits’ in the virgin media app it just take you to a broken page that doesn’t load. As usual you can’t speak to anyone to get this resolved.

I'm sorry to hear that the Volt benefits have seemingly not been added to your Virgin Media subscription.
