Hi
I have recently taken out a broadband/O2 package with you as a new customer.
The broadband is all setup and working fine but I still haven't received the O2 sim card. I did telephone O2 but they could help as I did not have an O2 account number or mobile phone number.
Can you assist as I have given my current mobile provider notice that I am switching contracts.

Sorry to hear that you've not received your O2 sim yet. If you were installed and expecting your O2 sim delivery last week, this might have been delayed due to the bank holiday.
