Cannot find anyone to sort out my Netflix. No one at Virgin know what to do with this. You were supposed to call me back over 2 weeks ago re this and repairing my set top box, but never have. And now Im with O2 I have to pay to call you. How do I get this or anything resolved?

I thought O2 SIM came with unlimited minutes.  0345 6000 789 comes out of those

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Netflix. Can you please elaborate the issue you are having with both your Netflix and set top box? We might be able to assist and investigate further. 

Any 01,02 and 03 numbers should be inclusive of any minutes you have with your network provider, please see your package plan with O2 for this information.
