I was advised I have Netflix included in my package, I have Volt. For 3 months now I have been charged for it and promised it has been fixed and that it would only cost me 5 pound extra a month for the premium tier which I subscribe to normally.
each month I have been billed full price, I have WhatsApp conversations with customer services confirming that they have allegedly resolved it but they havent
Then I get an email from Netflix saying my account has been cancelled for non payment from Virgin
please can someone help me ? I have not been refunded and customer service on the phone is useless!
