Since Friday and 3 engineer visits later still none. Engineer arrived Friday discovered the cable to the house was not attached to the pert in street. A cable crew came out ran a cable no service. Discovered in had become detached at the port. Ran another cable. Still no service. Engineer comes today nothing he can do they cable crew have broken the cable they put in by bending it.

Phoned customer service yesterday asked to speak.to manager told one would call me. 28 hours later still waiting.

25 years with sky and not one issue 28 days with virgin no service and no one wants to help.

Dies anyone know if I can I cancel.contract without penalty.

I am so sorry to hear that you have been facing issues regarding your service. Can I ask what the last engineer stated the next step would be? 

 

Did they say if another team would be called out at all?
