Installation - not received welcome email

Not yet received my welcome email need this for my new account as installation date is 27th February. Need this to check my installation date is going ahead for the 27th.  Received email 21st February @ 16.19 stating the following external work all completed so you are all set for your installation null at null.  Can you explain what null means.
