Hi,
Placed an order a few days ago and received emails containing the contract and all the other information. Received my O2 sim card this morning and all the documentation for that too. My installation date has been set as 16th January 2023 8am - 1pm. I thought this seemed a long way away but thought with it being christmas soon and black friday they are probably busy.
Checked again today on the my virgin app and also website and it says I have no open orders. Just confused where the installation order date has gone?
All my contract information etc is still there just the installation date has disappeared and apparently I have no open orders. Wondered if anyone could shed light if this has happened to them before?
