I am trying to order Wi-Fi pods and have read all the posts and none of the links work for me.

I’m a volt customer and have been told I am entitled to a Wi-Fi pod for free but cannot find any means to order them.  I’ve followed all the comms on the message boards and none work for me.   Any ideas?

Hi Echoecho 

You need to use the Connect app to perform a Home Scan. This will test your speeds and maximise your connection.  If the app determines that you qualify for a wifi pod (wifi speeds under 20Mbps) then it will order one for you. If that doesn't work you can call  0800 064 3850 to order the first one
