How to order WiFi pods

Hi all

there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to order the free WiFi pods (Volt member) on the website and all I can find is a premium rate number to ring as I haven’t got a home telephone number (freephone 150) i also went through the online chat who didn’t understand what I was asking for 😞 is there an easier way to order these please?

Hi Sean,

Since you have a Volt account you can use your O2 sim to dial 150.

You can also call 0345 454 1111 as it's classed as a standard rate number on most call packages, or call 0800 052 0422

Yeah they don’t make it easy at all do they……I haven’t had the time to ring them yet as I’ll need to make sure I’m off work all day Lol
