Getting VM to apply Volt to account?

HighLevel

I’ve had VM installed but have areas of the property without WiFi coverage so wish to order WiFi pods.

Problem 1. The connect app doesn’t find my hub

Ok so it looks an ongoing VM issue so I try customer services.

Problem 2.

Volt doesn’t appear to have been added to my account. CS agents doesn’t seem to know about volt (or ignored it) and only interested in adding a WiFi service for additional monthly cost.

Tried the WhatsApp route yesterday and after a frustrating merry dance to get past the bot it was the more of the same. VM staff don’t seem to know what Volt is, even asking me ring pre installations for queries about my equipment installation??

All I need is volt activating on the account and to be able to order the pods, why does it have to be so hard!

For any VM staff reading this can you please assist in getting volt added to my account as a starting point, address is same on both accounts etc.

Hi HighLevel,

Thanks for your post, and welcome back to our Forums.

I'm sorry to hear about the frustration caused by the Connect App and Volt packages. Please be aware that posting in multiple threads, and sections is against our House Rules, and can delay the support we provide, so you and other customers may be waiting longer for assistance.

I've taken a look on our side, and can see you've spoken with our Team since your post, and they've been able to get things sorted for you. If you need anything else, feel free to create a new post in the correct board, and our team/community will be happy to help.

Thanks,
