February Mega Volt Bundle with £250 bill credit

After the Winter Sale, VM just updated the new customer offer to be £68 for Mega Volt bundle with either a free LG TV or £250 bill credit. I only just placed a new order yesterday, I know the messy route would be to cancel and buy again. But do you think retention can just add £250 to my existing order?

Retentions wouldn't have access to the new customer deal. you would either need to cancel or speak to the sales team

Thanks for your post, Welcome to our community as well.

As @newapollo has mentioned already mentioned our retentions team would not be able to add this offer.

Have you managed to get this resolved now, We are not trying to defer this but cancellations, Billing new package is beyond our support scope on here.

Fingers crossed though you have got the offer with a new account.
