Do I have to return WiFi pods at end of contract

In the future if I end up cancelling my contract, or go onto another plan, do I have to return my WiFi pods that I got free with my Volt package? Does virgin own them, or do I own them? Thanks

You effectively lease them, so yes, VM always own them, and yes you do have to return them. Not that they will work with any other provider or setup anyway.

Yes as @jem101 has mentioned, the Intelligent Wifi Pods are our own products so we will require them back after your disconnect with us, although we hope that you decide not to do this!

You'll receive returns packaging around 10-14 days after your disconnection, where you can post the Pods (and Hub too) back to us.
