Just had a Hub installed.
Working great through Cat6, TV & laptop connected via wifi and working too.
However Galaxy S10, One 9+pro and an Alcatel mobile all have same issue -
Connected to the router - but no data connection - ergo I cannot use to browse the internet.
I tried creating a guest network too, but the same issue.
Tried pinhole still same.
Its only been in a couple of hours so this takes the mick.
Can anyone point me in the direction of help??

Hi @TrueVerdict, thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.
Sorry to hear that some of your devices have not been connecting to the internet. Firstly, how have things been since posting? As it's now 2 days since your post. When you've done the pin reset, has this 'forgotten' all your devices? Usually that method does work. Alternatively, have you tried getting the individual devices in question, to forget our network, then re-connect? Please do get back to us.
Regards
