Confused by ultimate volt

I was on ultimate volt Inc UHD cinema and hd sport

I've recontracted to get UHD sport, but has my cinema gone?

Have I lost UHD TV except sport?

P.s. what the hell is"Kids Pick".  I don't have any kids so wouldn't have picked that

Edit. Told kids isn't being charged... Is just difference between kahuna from a year or so ago and volt now.

Speaking with someone now about the missing UHD. Seems like honest mistake in trying to revive some discounts and removed the whole package.

When I regraded from Ultimate Oomph to Ultimate Volt I had to ask the agent to add the Sky Ents & Cinema Ultra HD back on.

Since the 1st November, Sky Cinema and Sky Entertainment UHD is no longer included as standard. It is now only available as a £6 per month add on for new customers, or those regrading/recontracting. The agent managed to add it back on for me, and I was lucky in that they added a £6 discount to cover what would have been an additional charge.

The Kids pick is free on Utimate Oomph and Ultimate Volt, keeping it in line with the older VIP and kahuna packages. Any other tier has to pay an additional £5 a month for the Kids pick

Yeah

They sorted it for me in the end. Added with discount to cover the addition.

The bonus is that it reset my end date to August next year avoiding these monster pay rises about to befall us
