The address needs to be exactly the same in both your My Virgin Media and your partners MyO2 account. If it's different then your partner needs to amend the address in My02

We do need the O2 account to be under the same address with the VM one, however the name can be other as long as the address matches.
To activate Volt benefits, you'd need to sign in to your O2 account and make this change from there.
Just accept the offer in My O2 and we'll apply the benefits to the account within 14 days.
