52 days now still netflix not working. Update or comment from virgin media would be nice but of course nothing as usual and they are still advertising netflix on there bundles. Virgin does not give a dam about there customers. Of course if you miss a payment they want to speak to you then.

Since March here. Maybe if more people took to social media and spoke about their experiences virgin would actually fix this issue. Netflix is showing on my account as part of my contract, I’m not receiving it so not getting what I’m paying for. How much refund do they owe us all 🤔.
