Hi could anyone tell me if they are experiencing interference on some channels ie the UK TV channels this has been going on now for about a month, and to be honest every time I phone virgin media it's a good hour spent hanging on.
The problem is if you allow them to fob you off and not escalate a fault, then that is what they will do. Ring back up and tell them you've got pixelation on live TV and you want an engineer. Anything they ask you to do e.g switch off, switch back on, change cables etc tell them you've already done it. Do not terminate the call until they book you an engineer visit. It's very likely there's a signal issue that can only be addressed by an engineer. Nothing they can fix remotely.
