Any idea when the issue of painfully slow connect time (approx 40 secs) to V6 is going to be addressed? This issue has existed for months now and it makes the app unusable. Virgin have been aware of the issue for nearly as long and despite an update less than 1 month ago (updating iOS 12 compatibility) the issue remains. Please fix this.
It does make it unusable. If I ‘switch’ away to another app on my iPad it sometimes ‘has to’ reconnect. If I let the iPad go to sleep it definitely has to reconnect. Each time it’s the same 40 secs. That sounds like unusable to me.
