Sorry to see you're also having issues with the picture on HD channels.
Have you ran any diagnostics at home such as rebooting the set top box as well as checking the cables? Have you also been able to use a different HDMI socket on the TV to see if this clears the issue at all?
Could you also confirm if the picture is playing up on a different source, such as DTV or DVD?
It may also be worth checking our service status checker to see if we recognise any issue in the local area
Hello David, yes I have tried all things as per tech dept instructions, engineers have been in the past and all said that it's a network issue however when it happens and I contact the tech dept they don't listen to what i'm saying and just want me to go through all their checks again, engineer coming this afternoon but he will say it's a network issue, because my neighbour is getting the same problem. I've already made a complaint but no better. If the issue has not improved by the next bill date I'm leaving virgin
