pixelisation

experiencing severe pixelization of picture on various channels tonight. So bad I've had to go back to freeview

I'm very sorry about the pixelization issues you experienced on Saturday evening. 

Has there been any improvements in the last 24 - 48 hours?

Hello Dean,

I called virgin last night as it was getting worse and as usual the agent had me trying various things even after I had told him what I had already tried, they are going to monitor my service for 48 hours but i'm not holding my breath. The fault happened another 10 times last night after I talked to the agent

Virgin media admitted FINALLY that HD pixelation was an issue with them.

Now the problem is back !

This needs sorting out pronto. I'm not paying to watch such aweful pictures!

Still experiencing pixelization mainly on channel 103, STV HD, I have contacted virgin numerous times but get the same reply, reboot the box and check the cables are secure. This has gone on long enough, it has to be fixed or i'm leaving virgin

Hi Gareth, engineer coming tomorrow but just found out that a few of my neighbours are having the same issue so must be a network issue. I'm getting fed up every time  I phone virgin the tech guys don't listen they're just following a script and have no scope to deviate
