I am having trouble with my picture pixerlating . I rang virgin media and they told me it was my tv, can anybody tell me how you can get an engineer out other than contacting that call centre.

Thanks for your post - sorry to understand that you're having some issues with your picture. Have we advised as to why we think it is your TV set that is causing the issue?
Before we go down the route of booking a technician, we do need to ask some questions and go through some diagnostics with you first 🙂
