film streaming problems

I have had a problem which I have been talking to customer services on 150 for three months now, I have had several engineers countless box resets and replacements and still have a freezing problem with the films for virgin media that I have purchased.

They seem to be at a loss what to do and pass me round like I am on a roundabout, not impressed withe any of them.

Hi centreise,

Thanks for posting on the community and I'm sorry to hear about what's happening.

Are you experiencing freezing pictures on every film that you have purchased or is it only happening with some of them?

Are you also experiencing any issues with live TV or Catch Up?
