error 7400

hi

 

we have cancelled virgin and unplugged ready to send back router however the error message is still on our screen asking us to call 150.. how do I get rid of this?

Isn't the error caused by the fact your have cancelled Virgin but still have the TiVo / V6 box connected to your TV?
