I have self-installed my TV. "Everything" looks well but a stripe in the screen says there is an Error 7400. I have tried to call you but I have spent more than 30 min waiting for and nobody answers. It´s very disappointing!
Have you rang the telephone number provided to activate the box? If not ring 150 to do so.
