Originally I was contacted by someone in cs due to a low feedback score yesterday morning whilst I was out and I changed my package. Later when I got home and realised which channels I had had removed I phoned up and changed package again, I was originally put onto entertainment and lifestyle and last night i was put onto entertainment and drama. So far this hasn't been reflected in the channels and I haven't received any email confirmation. Is it just because I rang after 6pm yesterday and it's Sunday today or did the second change not go through? Do I need to ring up again, fingers crossed not.
