I am sorry you're having problems with catch up and on demand.

 

Is your TiVo connected to the internet via WiFi or Ethernet cable? Are you able to access apps through your Tivo box?

This was weeks if not months ago - good job I've not been waiting since! I managed to sort myself and yes, I turned it off and turned it on again!
