I'm sorry to hear your Catch Up and On Demand isn't working. Have you tried rebooting the box already? Are you also getting the Catch Up and On Demand is temporarily unavailable message too? If restarting it hasn't worked, could you restart the box again for me and then go to Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to the Virgin Media Service now and retry On Demand.
