Can I confirm if you're still unable to access the On Demand due to the unavailable error?
Have you tried to reboot your Virgin box by the mains?

Thanks for posting, I'm really sorry you haven't got access to Catch Up and On Demand at the moment.
I've located your account and tried to run some diagnostics on the box but it's currently showing offline. Are you getting the temporarily unavailable message with no error code?
So that we can run some diagnostics, could you reboot the box and let me know once you've done this? I'll run some further checks for you then.
