I have a new TiVo box
carried out the install and set up to use the wifi, so no ethernet cable connected
(our media box is too far away)
so downloaded the latest software and then get stuck with network error C219
and cannot get any further or even back
waiting for an engineer tomorrow but any suggestions please

Are you a new customer or an existing customer replacing a previous TV box with a V6?
Do you have the V6 connected to the cable co-ax?

it is a new box, not replacing anything existing
i have the box connected via wifi to media hub but no coax
assumed it would work without, like apple tv
my hub is 25m away so that may be a problem 😞
