200mb fibre, TiVo 6.
Watching sky sports HD (all channels) periodically and frequently, 2 or 3 times in ten miinutes, the picture goes black, no sound, for about a second. Then back to normal till next time.
Have restarted boxes, no difference.
Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with Sky Sports HD channels.
I have located your account using your Forum details and I have been unable to connect to your box at the moment. Can you please advise if your box was on at the time of my post?
Just a few things I would like you to check for me:
Please check all connections to the equipment, splitters and wall connections to ensure they are all tight and secure.
Have you been able to try another HDMI lead to see if this is an issue?
Does this happen on other HD channels such as BBC 1 HD on channel 108 or ITV HD on channel 113?
Have you rebooted the equipment and waited for it to reload doe this help?
Let me know how you get on with this.

the box was on standby at the time of your post.
yes, just sky sports hd, on all other channels I have not experienced the issue.
I’ll get another HDMI cable and try again. I’ll report back tomorrow with the result.
Thank you for coming back to me with this information.
If you have any other set top boxes with us does the same thing happen with them?
Let me know how you get on with another HDMI cable if you still experiencing the same fault then we will need to look into this further for you.
I have exactly the same problem
Was this sorted out for anyone?
As I am having the same problem on Sky Sports Only.
As I am also getting pixelated and paused sound on my recordings I'm guessing the V6 box has had it and Im about to lose a lot of recordings
Welcome to the community.
I'd just like to check how things have been since your post?
I have checked your V6 and everything looks okay at the moment so please let me know if there's any problems.
