I am currently on Mixit TV but I wanting to downgrade my tv package to Mix TV but can't get through. I been waiting on the phone for over 1 hours.

Assuming you have a VM landline call 150 choose options 1 1 4 5 thinking of leaving this will take you through to retentions they can help with your package change. They open at 8am try calling as early as possible this should cut down on your wait time and you should hopefully get through to the UK call centre. Any changes to your package have to be done over the phone nothing can be done on here.
