V6 Box restarting and recordings not working

Hi my V6 box keeps restarting itself and hangs at the welcome screen. Once I get it on the recordings are missing big sections and the box itself freezes. I think the issue is with the V6 box. How do I go about getting this fixed as I have tried the chat in the mobile app and have not had a response or I get a response and then the next day I get a question asking if this is all sorted when nothing has been discussed. Any help would be very much appreciated.

You need to call VM to report your fault.

150 from a Virgin phone, 0345 4541111 otherwise - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
