Why can I only get 5 channels? 7400 message floating across the screen. 1st helpline operator rebooted and 2nd told me theres a problem in the area and wait 5/6 hrs! Been trying to resolve since 12.00

You need to phone 150 to get the box activated. Customer Service will send another signal. If that doesn't work then they will have to send an Engineer.
