The picture on my tv is distorted and seems to be a signal problem
Have you restarted your box and checked all your cables/connections are finger tight?
I'd suggest calling TV faults to report your issue. 150 from a VM landline, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone and follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service.
VM staff take a few days to respond on here, so calling through should get your issue attended to sooner.
