My tv has just stopped working and it has a purple box going around the screen saying that there is a problem with my account and it has the code 7403 on it. Can someone help please!
The answer is pretty obvious. There is a problem with your account so you need to phone billing & talk to them. This is basically a technical issue forum. It is also customer driven, not staff driven. You could be waiting into the middle of next week for a staff response, & then they will require you to pass DPA checks which will cause further delays.
You are far better picking up the phone or using online chat.
