Tv my shows bookmarked

Hi first post really need some help on watching some tv programmes from my shows that we book marked. Grantchester from season 1 we watched the first 2 episodes now every show we go to watch comes up with the following message...

we are sorry you can’t watch this show right now, please try again later. You can find more info by going to Help on you virgin tv box:home>help&settings>help and find troubleshooting>on demand. Or go to virgin media.com/service status. Then lower on the screen the is a number 408. We checked service status which says there are no problems.

 

can anyone help please

I'm going to hazard a guess that when you get this error 408, any VOD program from ITV or Sky Box Sets is affected? And that you're trying to view it in HD, while the SD variant is fine? And to prove a theory further, that a Channel 5 CatchUp program in HD would also work fine.

Do you have a TiVo or a V6?
