I use IE11 but have also tried Mozilla and chrome and doesn't work on any of them (It has worked previously). I thought with Windows 10 it updates automatically. Any how I've checked and I seem to be on the latest version.

First I'd like you to delete the laptop as a device. Once you've done that, open up Firefox and check to make sure Flash is up to sate. Then check the Flash add-on settings and make sure it's set to Always Activate.
