Tivo broke again, no TV Chanels and getting error code w02

But when I type in error code w02 it comes back saying they don't have an error code w02 

Tried to phone but they're closed! !!! 

I'm getting no TV channels and in diagnostics it's saying node discovery status as failure 

Oh and it's 11.30pm December 23rd ....So very pxxxxed off with virgin and tivo box number 3, as the last 2 broke as well 😤😠

The error code relates to a signal problem, have you tried the Check service status link ?

More often than not this error is to do with an area problem rather than a local box.



You can't learn anything from a mistake until you admit that you've made it.

If I were the OP I'd be calling into Virgin faults-CS pretty soon. If it's a local box fault the chances are it's post-christmas now regardless... but if it's an area or networks fault I'd want Virgin knowing about it earlier in the day rather than later.....

150 from your Virgin phone or 0345 4541111 (landline rates) from any other phone.

Assume they don't know about the fault until proven otherwise.
