I am trying to get a replacement TV box I have a very old additional Tivo box which has started making a lot of noise especially through the night. I have been going round in circles with the website, virgin media app, and call centre and have got nowhere. I am happy to carry out a self install just want to order the replacement box.
If anyone can help I would be very grateful or can point me in the right direction, it shouldn't be this hard surely??????
