The last two days, for no apparent reason, the TiVo box has suddenly started to switch itself off and reboot.
This is happening about 5-6 times throughout the evening while we watch programmes on the various channels and/ or programmes we’ve taped.
its very frustrating,especially if we’re taping something.
The box has updated with new channel logos this week, so whether this has something to with the problem.

If this is still on going could you check for any reported area issues listed here that could account for this. If there are no issues reported you can then sign in and run a further fault check.

We had an engineer round to replace old connections and such.
So far it seems to have worked. The Tv stopped rebooting immediately, the interent had a few hiccups
but it seems OK today (Friday 22nd).
So for now all is good.
