I've been trying to get through to cancel my contract for two days now. I either get put on hold, cut off or (today) spend 45 minutes listening to Calvin Harris down my phone without speaking to anyone at all!
Had anyone found a resolution to this or know of a way to actually get through to someone who can help?
Have you been dealing with the offshore call centre, in which case abandon all hope. If you haven't already, try to speak to the UK based Retentions Team who can deal with all sorts of issues ... 150 from a VM landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and follow the prompts 1 > 1 > 4 > 5 to 'Thinking of Leaving Us'
