Why is the red button so unreliable , sometimes it works and most times it dont .

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Red Button.

What sort of issues are you experiencing? Do you get any error messages/codes on screen? Which channels do you use the Red Button on?

Sorry bit late responding , I dont use the red button much but i wanted to view last fridays spanish game via red button , it was advertised on there start up page then it was just a black screen , i pressed all the right buttons BTW , hope it wont play up again when champions/europa start up again next month.
