Hi, upgraded TV package last night via online and still missing the new channels please help.

Hi with an issue like this it's best to phone, as it will take a week for a virgin person to respond on here.Regards Micky

It can take up to 5 days for upgrades done online to go through. This is because someone still has to manually process the order. Always better to upgrade via phone.
