Hi to all,
im just watching BBC1 HD and there’s quite a lot of pixelation going but it’s been there for a while to be honest so is there anything I can do to remedy this issue?
I’m not having any issues with my VM broadband.

Hi. It is on standby but is definitely connected to the power. Do you need it off of standby?

Thats working now @Mark1871 and I can see that you're having the same issues as @IJMEdinburgh, was having with the power levels going into your box.
I have arranged for the appointment and you can find all the information that you need about your appointment on your online account and clicking My Account and Order tracking.

You don't actually believe they've tested anything do you? You'll feel like you're in Groundhog day after the next engineer visit 🙂
