I upgraded my Player bundle to Maxit bundle online today, I received an email to say my order has been received. I restarted my box as per advice elsewhere on this forum but the channels haven't appeared. A tech support agent on the phone claimed it will take 5 days ? Any advice ?

With online orders it can take longer than it would via other upgrade methods such as over the phone as online orders submit a form that an agent would pick up and then manually make the required changes to your account.
If there are any complications or further details required from you they would attempt to make contact with you to discuss it further.
Are you still waiting for your upgrade to go through or have your services now been upgraded?
