My internet cut out yesterday and is back okay now but ever since our virgin TV box is not connecting to the WiFi and we cannot get onto any of the aps. We have tried turning off and on. The Ethernet cable is connected.
If the TV box is connected via Ethernet it is not using WiFi, as the WiFi is turned off by connecting the cable.
Turn both hub & TV box off via the switches at the back. After 5 minutes, turn on the hub & let it stabilise (solid white light at the bottom & no other lights showing).
Then turn the TV box on & do as above (if the box is switched off from standby, to will return to that condition).
If you still have issues then try another Ethernet cable.
