TV freezing

Virgin TV on demand is freezing every 3-10 minutes

Anyone else having the same issue? I have done all the usual stuff,  switch off and on again, unplug etc.  Still keeps happening.  What do I do now?

It is hugely frustrating and not what I expect from paying £80 pm.

On demand requires an internet connection and depending on how your TV box connects to the internet, it can at times make on demand unwatchable.
Restarting your had can resolve the issue, rather than restarting your TV box.



You can't learn anything from a mistake until you admit that you've made it.
